Please identify the Lot Number of the Cover(s) you wish to purchase.
Items are sold to the client who emails us first (jmillerltd@shaw.ca). Emails are time and day dated. We regularly check our emails, and will reply with confirmation. Even when we are out of town, we regularly check our webmail. You can phone (604-444-3500), but we are sometimes away from the phone and an answering machine will recieve your call. If you call, we answer the phone only between 10:00 AM PST and 8:00 PM PST. We do not accept collect calls.
When ordering, just the lot prefix and number are sufficient.
All sales delivered to a Canadian address must have 5% GST added (R-119901338) (13% HST for Atlantic Provinces), and for B.C. residents, an additional 7% PST must be added (308902). USA and overseas deliveries are tax exempt, except as governed by your local regulations.
Postage, Registered or Express Post fees are extra, at cost.
Clients well known to us may have their lots forwarded to them without prior payment. Clients unknown to us will require advance payment before shipping.
Prices are listed in both Canadian dollars and USA dollars. Prices are based on Canadian dollars, hence the USA figure will fluctuate. Payment accepted by money order or cheque (check). We also accept payment by Mastercard and Visa.
There are volume discounts, but no dealer discounts:
Discounts do not apply to taxes and shipping costs.
The illustrations should eliminate the need for returns, however if you find any lot not suitable, it may be returned for refund within 7 days. An e-mail first would be appreciated. Return postage costs are your responsibility.

YOU MUST PLACE A GREEN CUSTOMS DECLARATION ON YOUR PACKAGE, STATING:You will be charged for the duty costs if you do not place this wording on the customs tag.“POSTAGE STAMPS FOR COLLECTORS,
