SP 10/13 CDS receiver on viewside, and GOVERNMENT AGENT'S OFFICE/RECEIVED/SEP 11 1913/ALBERNI, B.C. purple ink boxed marking on address side. Message written from Golden, BC. I recall seeing one other like this in the past. Wee bit of aging.
