PORTAGE APR 23 1946 blue ink large CDS with #257 tied by indistinct Toronto cancel, cover addressed to Toronto. Free franking from Navy ship, but registration had to be paid by postage stamp. Opened 3 sides, rough right edge, stamp edge folded over top of cover, bit of aging.
