REGINA, SASK./TERMINAL A MAY 23/1940 machine slogan cancel on Regina cc cover to soldier overseas c/o Base P.O. Ottawa, has purple ink str. line 'SALVED FROM THE SEA' on front & back. Stamps are missing (as would be expected), and it shows the signs of a cover that was recovered from a ship sinking. Opened 3 sides.
